PureAir20 Residential Equipment Purchase Agreement
Premium Atmospheric Water Systems for Residential Use
This PureAir20 Residential Equipment Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the outright purchase of a PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator (“Equipment”) supplied by SiamNok Co., Ltd. (“SiamNok”). Under this Agreement the Customer purchases the Equipment in full; ownership transfers to the Customer once the Purchase Price has been paid in full and installation has been completed.
This Agreement is intended to create a simple, transparent relationship between SiamNok and its customers. It explains what is included with the purchase, the warranty provided with the Equipment, and the Customer’s responsibilities for ongoing care and consumables.
Purchase Summary
Purchase Price: THB 57,000 (one-time payment), payable in full before delivery and installation.
The Purchase Price includes:
- Professional installation within Koh Samui
- The first set of filters, installed
- A 12-month limited warranty (see Schedule C)
- A handover demonstration and the User Guide
After handover, the Customer is responsible for:
- Electricity required to operate the Equipment
- Ongoing filter replacements and routine maintenance (or an optional SiamNok service plan)
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorised modification
- Any charges specifically stated in this Agreement
Ownership of the Equipment transfers to the Customer upon receipt of full payment and completion of installation.
1. Definitions
- Agreement means this PureAir20 Residential Equipment Purchase Agreement together with all attached Schedules.
- Equipment means the PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator purchased under this Agreement, including all accessories and components supplied by SiamNok.
- Seller means SiamNok Co., Ltd., acting as the authorised sales agent of the Principal and selling the Equipment under this Agreement.
- Principal means the legal owner of the Equipment prior to sale, which under this Agreement is HK Managed Services Provider Limited.
- Customer or Buyer means the individual or business purchasing the Equipment under this Agreement.
- Purchase Price means the one-time price of THB 57,000 payable for the Equipment.
- Installation Date means the date on which the Equipment is successfully installed at the Customer’s premises and accepted by the Customer.
- Warranty Period means the period of twelve (12) months from the Installation Date, as further described in Schedule C.
- Consumables means filters and any other parts that are consumed or replaced during normal use of the Equipment.
- Fair Wear and Tear means normal cosmetic deterioration resulting from proper domestic use of the Equipment.
2. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between SiamNok Co., Ltd. (the Seller), HK Managed Services Provider Limited (the Principal and Equipment Owner prior to sale) and the Customer identified at checkout and on the signed copy of this Agreement.

SiamNok acts as the authorised sales agent of the Principal and is responsible for sale, installation, warranty service and administration of this Agreement.
Principal (Equipment Owner prior to sale): HK Managed Services Provider Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong, which is the legal owner of the Equipment until ownership transfers to the Customer under Clause 6.
3. Equipment
The Equipment supplied is the PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator, including all standard accessories listed in Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report. The Customer acknowledges that the Equipment will be inspected at installation and agrees to sign the Equipment Handover Report confirming its condition on the Installation Date.
4. Purchase Price & Payment
- 4.1 The Customer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of THB 57,000 for the Equipment.
- 4.2 The Purchase Price is payable in full before delivery and installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing by SiamNok.
- 4.3 Payment may be made by card (including via SiamNok’s online checkout), bank transfer, or another payment method approved by SiamNok.
- 4.4 SiamNok shall issue a receipt or tax invoice for the Purchase Price.
- 4.5 Title to the Equipment shall not pass to the Customer until the Purchase Price has been received in full (see Clause 6).
5. Delivery & Installation
- 5.1 SiamNok will deliver and install the Equipment at the agreed installation address. Installation within Koh Samui is included in the Purchase Price.
- 5.2 The Customer agrees to provide safe access to the installation location, a suitable electrical outlet, adequate ventilation, a location not under direct sun exposure, and sufficient space for servicing.
- 5.3 The Equipment does not require plumbing and operates using only a standard electrical power supply.
- 5.4 Installation is deemed complete once the Equipment is operating correctly, the Customer has received a basic operating demonstration, and both parties have signed Schedule A.
6. Ownership & Risk
- 6.1 Ownership of the Equipment transfers to the Customer upon receipt of full payment of the Purchase Price and completion of installation.
- 6.2 Risk of loss or damage to the Equipment passes to the Customer upon completion of installation.
- 6.3 Once ownership has transferred, the Equipment forms part of the Customer’s property and the Customer is responsible for its care, security and insurance (insurance is recommended but not required).
7. Warranty
- 7.1 SiamNok provides a limited warranty for the Warranty Period of twelve (12) months from the Installation Date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- 7.2 During the Warranty Period, SiamNok will, at its option, repair or replace any part found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, at no charge for parts or labour.
- 7.3 The warranty does not cover Consumables (including filters); damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident or unauthorised modification; electrical damage caused by failure to use adequate protection; cosmetic Fair Wear and Tear; or repairs carried out by anyone other than SiamNok or its authorised technicians.
- 7.4 To make a warranty claim, the Customer should contact SiamNok using the details in Clause 2. Where a repair cannot reasonably be completed within an acceptable period, SiamNok may provide a temporary replacement machine at its discretion.
- 7.5 Full warranty terms are set out in Schedule C – Limited Warranty Terms.
8. After-Sales Service & Consumables
- 8.1 After handover, ongoing filter replacements and routine maintenance are the responsibility of the Customer.
- 8.2 SiamNok’s recommended filter replacement schedule is set out in Schedule B. Replacing filters in accordance with this schedule is important for water quality and for keeping the warranty valid.
- 8.3 SiamNok offers optional paid maintenance and filter-replacement service plans. Details are available on request.
- 8.4 Warranty repairs and servicing must be carried out by SiamNok or its authorised technicians; maintenance by others during the Warranty Period without prior written approval may void the warranty.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- 9.1 Use the Equipment only for its intended purpose of producing drinking water for normal residential or office use.
- 9.2 Operate the Equipment in accordance with the User Guide and any operating instructions provided by SiamNok.
- 9.3 Keep the Equipment in a clean, safe and well-ventilated location with sufficient airflow.
- 9.4 Provide a stable electrical power supply that complies with the Equipment’s specifications.
- 9.5 Replace Consumables in accordance with the recommended schedule in Schedule B.
- 9.6 Clean the air filter weekly, or at least monthly, as explained by SiamNok.
- 9.7 Take reasonable care of the Equipment and protect it from misuse and accidental damage.
- 9.8 Not use the Equipment for commercial food production, in industrial environments, outdoors (unless approved), or inconsistently with the manufacturer’s instructions.
10. Water Quality
- 10.1 Consistent water quality depends on the Equipment being maintained and on Consumables being replaced in accordance with Schedule B.
- 10.2 If filters are not replaced as recommended, SiamNok shall not be responsible for any reduction in water quality, taste, mineral balance or Equipment performance.
- 10.3 SiamNok recommends that drinking water produced by the Equipment be consumed within a reasonable period after dispensing.
11. Power Supply & Electrical Protection
- 11.1 The Equipment operates from a standard electrical outlet and does not require plumbing.
- 11.2 SiamNok recommends that the Equipment remain connected to an appropriate surge protector (if provided).
- 11.3 Damage caused by removal of required electrical protection, unauthorised modifications, incorrect voltage, improper use or negligence is the responsibility of the Customer and may void the warranty.
12. Performance of the Equipment
- 12.1 The PureAir20 produces drinking water by extracting moisture from ambient air.
- 12.2 Daily water production may vary with humidity, ambient temperature, airflow, installation location and normal operating conditions.
- 12.3 The advertised capacity of approximately 20 litres per day is based on standard testing conditions and represents an approximate maximum, not a guaranteed minimum.
- 12.4 Variations in daily production caused by environmental conditions shall not constitute a defect.
13. Limitation of Liability
- 13.1 SiamNok shall not be liable for interruption of water production caused by power outages, natural disasters, events beyond its reasonable control, Customer misuse, or failure to replace Consumables as recommended.
- 13.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under Thai law.
- 13.3 Except where required by law, SiamNok shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the Customer’s use or inability to use the Equipment.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform where it results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic, widespread utility failures, or transportation disruption. The affected party shall notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable.
15. Privacy
SiamNok will collect, use and retain the Customer’s personal information only for purposes directly related to this Agreement, including processing the purchase and payment, installation, warranty and support services, and complying with applicable legal requirements. SiamNok will take reasonable steps to protect that information and will not disclose it to third parties except where necessary to perform this Agreement, required by law, or authorised by the Customer.
16. Customer Contact Details
The Customer agrees to keep SiamNok informed of any changes to their address, telephone number and email address. Notices sent to the most recently provided details shall be deemed properly delivered.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with all attached Schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale, installation and warranty of the Equipment, and supersedes all previous quotations, proposals, discussions or representations unless expressly incorporated.
18. Amendments
No amendment or variation of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
19. Severability
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Good Faith
The parties agree to act honestly, reasonably and in good faith, and shall, where reasonably practicable, first attempt to resolve any disagreement through discussion.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
22. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith discussions. If unresolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may commence proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief where reasonably necessary.
23. Language
This Agreement is prepared in English and Thai. In the event of any inconsistency, the English language version shall prevail.
Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report
A handover and condition report is completed and signed at installation, recording the equipment serial number, colour, the installation checklist, and the condition of the cabinet, display, dispensing area, filters and accessories.

Schedule C – Limited Warranty Terms
SiamNok warrants the Equipment against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the Installation Date.
Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Repair or replacement of defective parts, at SiamNok’s option, at no charge for parts or labour.
Not covered:
- Consumables, including filters.
- Damage from misuse, negligence, accident or unauthorised modification.
- Electrical damage from inadequate surge protection or incorrect voltage.
- Cosmetic Fair Wear and Tear.
- Repairs by anyone other than SiamNok or its authorised technicians.
- Reduced performance from failure to replace Consumables per Schedule B.
To claim, contact SiamNok with the serial number and a description of the issue. SiamNok will arrange inspection and, where valid, repair or replacement; a temporary replacement may be provided at SiamNok’s discretion.
