PureAir20 Residential Equipment Rental & Purchase Agreement
Premium Atmospheric Water Systems for Residential Use
This PureAir20 Residential Equipment Rental & Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the rental of a PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator (“Equipment”) supplied by SiamNok Co., Ltd. It also explains the customer’s option to purchase the Equipment during or after the rental period through the PureAir Customer Purchase Program.
This Agreement is intended to create a simple, transparent and long-term relationship between SiamNok and its customers. It is designed to ensure that the Equipment remains professionally maintained throughout the rental period while providing customers with a flexible pathway to ownership.
Rental Plan Summary

Refundable Security Deposit: THB 19,500
The Security Deposit is payable before installation and is fully refundable at the end of the rental period, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
The monthly rental fee includes:
- Professional installation within Koh Samui
- All scheduled maintenance
- All scheduled filter replacements
- Labour for scheduled servicing
- Technical support during the rental period
The Customer is responsible only for:
- Electricity required to operate the Equipment
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Any charges specifically stated in this Agreement
The Equipment remains the property of the Principal until ownership is transferred under the Customer Purchase Program described in Schedule C.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- Agreement means this PureAir20 Residential Equipment Rental & Purchase Agreement together with all attached Schedules.
- Equipment means the PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator, including all accessories, replacement parts installed during the rental period, and any components supplied by SiamNok.
- Lessor means SiamNok Co., Ltd., acting as the authorised representative of the Equipment owner.
- Principal means the legal owner of the Equipment as identified in this Agreement.
- Customer or Lessee means the individual or business renting the Equipment under this Agreement.
- Rental Commencement Date means the date on which the Equipment is successfully installed and accepted by the Customer.
- Initial Rental Term means six (6), nine (9), twelve (12), eighteen (18) or twenty-four (24) months, depending on the plan selected by the Customer.
- Security Deposit means the refundable deposit of THB 19,500 paid before installation.
- Purchase Program means the optional program allowing the Customer to purchase either a new PureAir20 machine or the rented Equipment in accordance with Schedule C.
- Fair Wear and Tear means normal cosmetic deterioration resulting from proper domestic use of the Equipment. Fair Wear and Tear does not include damage, neglect, missing components, staining, corrosion, misuse, electrical damage caused by negligence, or any condition requiring repair beyond ordinary servicing.
2. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between SiamNok Co., Ltd. (the Lessor), HK Managed Services Provider Limited (the Principal and Equipment Owner) and the Customer (the Lessee) identified at checkout and on the signed copy of this Agreement.

SiamNok acts as the authorised rental agent for the Equipment owner and is responsible for installation, maintenance, customer service and administration of this Agreement.
Principal (Equipment Owner): HK Managed Services Provider Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong, which is the legal owner of the Equipment.
The Customer (Lessee) details — full name, Thai ID / passport, address, telephone, email and installation address — are completed on the signed copy of this Agreement.
3. Equipment
The Equipment supplied under this Agreement is the PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator, including all standard accessories listed in Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report. The model, serial number, colour and installation date are recorded on the signed copy and in Schedule A. The Customer acknowledges that the Equipment has been inspected before installation and agrees to sign the Equipment Handover Report confirming its condition on the installation date.
4. Rental Fees
The Customer agrees to pay the monthly rental fee applicable to the selected Rental Plan. Rental payments are payable monthly in advance and are due on the same calendar day as the Rental Commencement Date. Payments shall be made by bank transfer, automatic payment, or another payment method approved by SiamNok. If a payment remains outstanding for more than five (5) calendar days after its due date, SiamNok may issue a written reminder. If payment remains outstanding after fifteen (15) days, SiamNok may exercise its rights under Clause 19 (Default). Late payment interest, if applied, shall be reasonable and comply with applicable Thai law.
5. Security Deposit
Before delivery of the Equipment, the Customer shall pay a refundable Security Deposit of THB 19,500. The Security Deposit is not a rental payment and does not represent a purchase of the Equipment. Subject to this Agreement, the Security Deposit will be refunded after:
- the Equipment has been returned (unless purchased);
- the Equipment has been inspected;
- all outstanding rental payments have been settled; and
- any agreed deductions have been applied.
SiamNok may deduct from the Security Deposit only those amounts reasonably incurred, including but not limited to:
- unpaid rental fees;
- agreed early termination charges;
- repair of damage beyond Fair Wear and Tear;
- transport and collection costs;
- relocation costs;
- cleaning and sanitisation;
- refurbishment necessary to restore the Equipment to a rentable condition;
- replacement of missing parts or accessories;
- recovery costs where applicable; and
- any other genuine amount properly payable under this Agreement.
An itemised statement of any deductions shall be provided to the Customer.
6. Delivery & Installation
SiamNok will deliver and install the Equipment at the agreed installation address. Installation within Koh Samui or Koh Phangan is included in the monthly rental fee. The Customer agrees to provide:
- safe access to the installation location;
- a suitable electrical outlet;
- adequate ventilation around the Equipment;
- sufficient space for servicing.
The Equipment does not require plumbing and operates using only a standard electrical power supply. Installation is deemed complete once:
- the Equipment is operating correctly;
- the Customer has received a basic operating demonstration; and
- both parties have signed Schedule A.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Throughout the rental period, the Customer agrees to:
- 7.1 Use the Equipment only for its intended purpose of producing drinking water for normal residential or office use.
- 7.2 Operate the Equipment in accordance with the User Guide and any operating instructions provided by SiamNok.
- 7.3 Keep the Equipment in a clean, safe and well-ventilated location with sufficient airflow for normal operation.
- 7.4 Provide a stable electrical power supply that complies with the Equipment’s specifications.
- 7.5 Promptly notify SiamNok of any malfunction, warning message, water quality concern or physical damage to the Equipment.
- 7.6 Allow SiamNok reasonable access to the Equipment for scheduled maintenance, filter replacement, inspection or repairs.
- 7.7 Take reasonable care of the Equipment and protect it from theft, vandalism, misuse and accidental damage.
7.8 The Equipment shall not be used:
- for commercial food production;
- in industrial environments;
- outdoors unless specifically approved;
- in any manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
8. Maintenance, Filter Replacement & Technical Support
SiamNok is committed to keeping the Equipment operating safely and efficiently throughout the rental period. Accordingly:
- 8.1 All scheduled maintenance recommended by SiamNok is included in the monthly rental fee.
- 8.2 All scheduled filter replacements are included in the monthly rental fee.
- 8.3 Labour associated with scheduled maintenance is included.
- 8.4 SiamNok shall determine the appropriate maintenance schedule based on normal operating conditions.
- 8.5 SiamNok will contact the Customer when maintenance is due.
- 8.6 If the Equipment develops a fault during normal use, SiamNok will use reasonable efforts to inspect and repair the Equipment as soon as reasonably practicable.
- 8.7 Where repairs cannot reasonably be completed within an acceptable period due to parts availability or circumstances beyond SiamNok’s control, SiamNok may provide a temporary replacement machine at its discretion.
- 8.8 Maintenance performed by anyone other than SiamNok or its authorised technicians is not permitted without prior written approval.
8.9 Equipment Inspection
SiamNok may, upon providing the Customer with reasonable prior notice, inspect the Equipment during the rental period for the purpose of:
- performing preventative maintenance;
- investigating a reported fault;
- assessing the general condition of the Equipment;
- verifying compliance with this Agreement; or
- preparing the Equipment for ownership transfer or return at the end of the rental period.
SiamNok shall make reasonable efforts to schedule inspections at a mutually convenient time and minimise any disruption to the Customer.
9. Water Quality
The Principal’s objective is to provide consistently safe, high-quality mineral water. Accordingly:
- 9.1 Water quality is dependent upon the Equipment being maintained in accordance with SiamNok’s maintenance schedule.
- 9.2 If the Customer repeatedly refuses or prevents scheduled maintenance visits, SiamNok or the Principal shall not be responsible for any reduction in water quality, taste, mineral balance or Equipment performance resulting from missed servicing.
- 9.3 The Customer agrees to discontinue use of the Equipment if instructed by SiamNok pending inspection or repair.
- 9.4 SiamNok recommends that drinking water produced by the Equipment be consumed within a reasonable period after dispensing.
10. Power Supply & Electrical Protection
- 10.1 The Equipment operates from a standard electrical outlet and does not require plumbing.
- 10.2 SiamNok recommends that the Equipment remain connected to the supplied surge protector (if provided).
- 10.3 SiamNok shall not hold the Customer responsible for damage resulting solely from normal fluctuations or interruptions in the public electricity supply, provided the Equipment has been used in accordance with SiamNok’s instructions.
- 10.4 The Customer may be responsible for damage caused by: removal of required electrical protection devices; unauthorised electrical modifications; incorrect voltage connection; improper use; intentional damage; or negligence.
- 10.5 Where the cause of electrical damage cannot reasonably be determined, SiamNok and the Customer agree to cooperate in good faith to determine responsibility.
11. Relocation of Equipment
- 11.1 The Equipment shall remain at the approved installation address unless otherwise agreed by SiamNok.
- 11.2 The Customer shall not relocate, transport or reinstall the Equipment.
- 11.3 If the Customer moves residence during the rental period, SiamNok will, where reasonably practicable, relocate the Equipment for an agreed relocation fee.
- 11.4 Unauthorised relocation that results in damage may affect the Customer’s entitlement to a refund of the Security Deposit.
12. Damage, Loss & Theft
- 12.1 The Customer is responsible for exercising reasonable care to protect the Equipment.
12.2 The Customer shall notify SiamNok immediately if the Equipment is:
- stolen;
- lost;
- intentionally damaged;
- significantly damaged by accident.
- 12.3 The Customer shall not be responsible for ordinary wear and tear resulting from normal residential use.
- 12.4 If damage results from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification or intentional acts, SiamNok may repair or replace the affected components and recover the reasonable cost from the Security Deposit or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.
- 12.5 SiamNok shall provide an itemised explanation of any repair costs deducted from the Security Deposit.
13. Ownership of Equipment
- 13.1 The Equipment remains the property of the Principal throughout the rental period.
- 13.2 Monthly rental payments do not create any ownership interest in the Equipment.
13.3 Ownership transfers only when:
- the Customer elects to purchase the Equipment under the PureAir Customer Purchase Program;
- all outstanding amounts have been paid in full;
- SiamNok confirms completion of the transfer.
13.4 The Customer may choose to purchase:
- (a) a brand-new PureAir20 machine at the prevailing retail price, with the full Security Deposit credited toward the purchase price; or
- (b) the rented Equipment in accordance with Schedule C – PureAir Customer Purchase Program, where the purchase price is based on the completed rental period.
13.5 Before ownership of the rented Equipment transfers, SiamNok shall:
- perform a comprehensive inspection;
- complete a full scheduled service;
- replace all scheduled filters;
- sanitise the Equipment;
- verify normal operating performance; and
- issue a Certificate of Ownership Transfer.
13.6 Home Insurance (Recommendation Only)
- SiamNok recommends that the Customer notify their home or contents insurer that the Equipment is installed at the premises.
- The Customer is not required to obtain separate insurance for the Equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to maintain insurance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
14. Assignment, Subletting & Transfer of Use
- 14.1 This Agreement is personal to the Customer and may not be assigned, transferred or sublicensed without SiamNok’s prior written consent.
- 14.2 The Customer shall not sell, lend, lease, hire, pledge or otherwise transfer possession of the Equipment to any third party.
- 14.3 Temporary use of the Equipment by family members, household occupants or guests residing at the approved installation address shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
- 14.4 If the Customer wishes to transfer this Agreement to another person or relocate the Equipment to another approved address, SiamNok may, at its discretion, approve the transfer subject to completion of the required documentation and payment of any applicable relocation or administration fees.
15. Early Termination
- 15.1 The Customer may terminate this Agreement before the end of the Initial Rental Term by providing SiamNok with written notice.
15.2 Upon early termination, the Customer shall:
- (a) return the Equipment in accordance with Clause 17; and
- (b) pay an Early Termination Charge equal to the lower of three (3) months’ rental fees based on the Customer’s selected Rental Plan, or the rental fees that would have become payable for the remaining Initial Rental Term.
15.3 Following earlier return of the Equipment, SiamNok may deduct from the Security Deposit the reasonable costs required to restore the Equipment to a rentable condition, including but not limited to:
- transport and collection;
- cleaning and sanitisation;
- scheduled filter replacement;
- preventative maintenance;
- inspection and testing;
- replacement of damaged or missing components;
- packaging and restocking; and
- any unpaid rental or other amounts properly payable under this Agreement.
15.4 SiamNok shall provide the Customer with an itemised statement of any deductions made from the Security Deposit.
15.5 Any remaining balance of the Security Deposit shall be refunded in accordance with Clause 18.
16. PureAir Customer Purchase Program
- 16.1 At any time during the rental period, the Customer may elect to purchase the Equipment.
- 16.2 The Customer may choose either: (a) to purchase a brand-new PureAir20 machine at SiamNok’s prevailing retail price; or (b) to purchase the existing rental Equipment currently installed at the Customer’s premises.
16.3 Where the Customer purchases a brand-new machine:
- the full Security Deposit shall be credited toward the purchase price;
- ownership of the rental Equipment shall remain with SiamNok; and
- SiamNok shall replace the rental Equipment with a new machine.
16.4 Where the Customer purchases the existing rental Equipment:
- the applicable Purchase Price shall be determined in accordance with Schedule C – PureAir Customer Purchase Program;
- the full Security Deposit shall be credited toward the Purchase Price; and
- ownership shall transfer only after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
16.5 Before ownership of the rental Equipment transfers, SiamNok shall:
- perform a complete inspection;
- complete all scheduled maintenance;
- replace all scheduled filters;
- sanitise the Equipment;
- verify proper operation; and
- issue a Certificate of Ownership Transfer.
16.6 SiamNok reserves the right to discontinue or amend future Purchase Prices for new rental agreements. However, the Purchase Schedule applicable on the date this Agreement is signed shall remain fixed for the duration of this Agreement.
17. Return of Equipment
- 17.1 Upon expiry or termination of this Agreement, the Customer shall make the Equipment available for collection at the agreed installation address.
- 17.2 SiamNok shall arrange collection at a mutually convenient time.
- 17.3 Normal Fair Wear and Tear shall not result in any deduction from the Security Deposit.
- 17.4 Before collection, SiamNok may perform a final inspection of the Equipment.
17.5 The Customer shall return all accessories originally supplied with the Equipment, including:
- power cable;
- surge protector (if supplied);
- manuals; and
- accessories listed in Schedule A.
17.6 The Customer shall not remove, replace or modify any part of the Equipment before collection.
18. Security Deposit Refund
18.1 Following return of the Equipment, SiamNok shall inspect the Equipment within a reasonable period.
18.2 Security Deposit Refund
Subject to this Agreement, any refundable balance of the Security Deposit shall be returned to the Customer within twenty-one (21) calendar days after:
- the Equipment has been inspected;
- all outstanding rental payments have been settled;
- any agreed deductions have been calculated; and
- any necessary servicing required to determine the final condition of the Equipment has been completed.
Where additional time is reasonably required due to significant damage, insurance claims or circumstances beyond SiamNok’s control, SiamNok shall notify the Customer in writing and provide an estimated completion date.
18.3 SiamNok shall provide an itemised statement explaining any deductions.
18.4 If the cost of repairs exceeds the Security Deposit, SiamNok may recover the remaining balance from the Customer.
19. Default
The Customer shall be in default if:
- (a) rental payments remain unpaid for more than fifteen (15) days after written notice;
- (b) the Customer intentionally damages or unlawfully disposes of the Equipment;
- (c) the Customer repeatedly refuses SiamNok reasonable access for scheduled maintenance after written notice;
- (d) the Customer relocates, sublets or transfers the Equipment without approval;
- (e) the Customer otherwise commits a material breach of this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen (14) days after receiving written notice.
20. SiamNok’s Rights Following Default
If the Customer is in default, SiamNok may:
- suspend maintenance services;
- recover possession of the Equipment;
- terminate this Agreement;
- recover outstanding rental payments;
- apply the Security Deposit in accordance with Clause 5; and
- pursue any additional remedies available under Thai law.
SiamNok shall exercise these rights reasonably and in good faith.
21. Limitation of Liability
21.1 SiamNok shall not be liable for interruption of water production caused by:
- power outages;
- natural disasters;
- events beyond SiamNok’s reasonable control;
- Customer misuse; or
- failure to allow scheduled maintenance.
21.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under Thai law.
21.3 Except where required by law, SiamNok shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the Customer’s use or inability to use the Equipment.
22. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- floods;
- earthquakes;
- government restrictions;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- epidemic or pandemic;
- widespread utility failures; or
- transportation disruption.
The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable.
23. Continuing Rental After the Initial Term (Automatic Renewal)
- 23.1 Unless the Equipment is purchased under the PureAir Customer Purchase Program or returned to SiamNok, this Agreement shall automatically continue after the Initial Rental Term on a month-to-month basis.
- 23.2 The monthly rental fee shall remain the same as the Customer’s original Rental Plan unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- 23.3 Either party may terminate the month-to-month rental by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.
- 23.4 All other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue to apply during the month-to-month rental period.
- 23.5 The Customer may continue to purchase the Equipment in accordance with the Purchase Schedule applicable to this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
24. Performance of the Equipment
- 24.1 The Customer acknowledges that the PureAir20 Atmospheric Water Generator produces drinking water by extracting moisture from ambient air.
24.2 Daily water production may vary depending on environmental conditions including, but not limited to:
- humidity;
- ambient temperature;
- airflow;
- installation location; and
- normal operating conditions.
- 24.3 The advertised production capacity of approximately 20 litres per day is based on standard testing conditions and represents an approximate maximum daily output rather than a guaranteed minimum.
- 24.4 Variations in daily water production caused by environmental conditions shall not constitute a defect in the Equipment.
- 24.5 SiamNok will ensure that the Equipment operates substantially in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications when properly installed, maintained and operated.
25. Customer Contact Details
25.1 The Customer agrees to keep SiamNok informed of any changes to:
- residential address;
- installation address;
- telephone number; and
- email address.
25.2 Notices sent by SiamNok to the Customer’s most recently provided contact details shall be deemed properly delivered unless the Customer has previously notified SiamNok in writing of updated contact information.
25.3 Failure by the Customer to update their contact details shall not prevent SiamNok from exercising its rights under this Agreement.
26. Privacy
26.1 SiamNok will collect, use and retain the Customer’s personal information only for purposes directly related to this Agreement, including:
- administration of the rental account;
- installation and maintenance services;
- customer support;
- processing payments;
- arranging servicing or collection of the Equipment; and
- complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
26.2 SiamNok shall take reasonable steps to protect the Customer’s personal information and will not disclose such information to third parties except where:
- necessary to perform this Agreement;
- required by law; or
- authorised by the Customer.
27. Entire Agreement
- 27.1 This Agreement, together with all attached Schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the rental, servicing and purchase of the Equipment.
- 27.2 This Agreement supersedes all previous quotations, proposals, discussions, representations or agreements relating to the Equipment unless expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
28. Amendments
- 28.1 No amendment, variation or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is made in writing and signed by both parties.
- 28.2 SiamNok may update its operational procedures from time to time provided such updates do not materially reduce the Customer’s contractual rights under this Agreement.
29. Severability
- 29.1 If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary.
- 29.2 The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
30. Good Faith
- 30.1 The parties acknowledge that this Agreement is intended to establish a long-term customer relationship based upon fairness, transparency and mutual respect.
- 30.2 Both parties agree to act honestly, reasonably and in good faith when exercising their rights and performing their obligations under this Agreement.
- 30.3 Where reasonably practicable, the parties shall first attempt to resolve any disagreement through discussion before commencing formal legal proceedings.
31. Governing Law
- 31.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
- 31.2 The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
32. Dispute Resolution
- 32.1 In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussions.
- 32.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute, either party may commence legal proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
- 32.3 Nothing in this Agreement prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court where reasonably necessary to protect its rights or property.
33. Language
- 33.1 This Agreement is prepared in both English and Thai.
- 33.2 The parties acknowledge that the Thai language version is intended to ensure clarity for customers residing in Thailand.
- 33.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Thai versions of this Agreement, the English language version shall prevail.
34. Schedules
The following Schedules form an integral part of this Agreement:
- Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report
- Schedule B – Maintenance & Service Record
- Schedule C – PureAir Ownership Pathway™
- Schedule D – Rental Plan Summary
Any future Schedule expressly incorporated into this Agreement and signed by both parties shall also form part of this Agreement.
35. Customer Acknowledgement
Before signing this Agreement, the Customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to read this Agreement, ask questions and obtain clarification regarding any of its terms. By signing below, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- I have selected my preferred PureAir20 Rental Plan.
- I understand the monthly rental fee and the duration of my selected Rental Plan.
- I understand that a Refundable Security Deposit of THB 19,500 is payable before installation.
- I understand that the Refundable Security Deposit remains my property and will be refunded in accordance with this Agreement, less any agreed deductions that may apply.
I understand that my monthly rental fee includes:
- Professional installation within Koh Samui;
- Scheduled maintenance;
- Scheduled filter replacements;
- Labour for scheduled servicing; and
- Technical support during the rental period.
I understand that I am responsible only for:
- Electricity required to operate the Equipment;
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorised modification; and
- Any charges expressly stated in this Agreement.
- I understand the Early Termination provisions described in Clause 15.
- I understand the PureAir Ownership Pathway™ described in Schedule C, including my option to purchase either a new PureAir20 machine or the rented Equipment.
- I understand that ownership of the Equipment remains with SiamNok (or its Principal) until ownership is formally transferred.
- I understand that the Equipment requires periodic maintenance and agree to provide SiamNok with reasonable access for scheduled servicing.
- I have inspected the Equipment (or will inspect it upon installation) and understand that its condition will be recorded in Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report.
I confirm that I have received (or will receive upon installation):
- A copy of this Agreement;
- Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report;
- Schedule C – PureAir Ownership Pathway™;

Customer Declaration
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the key commercial terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them. The Customer’s name, signature and date are completed on the signed copy of this Agreement.
36. Signatures
This Agreement is executed by an authorised representative of SiamNok Co., Ltd. and by the Customer (Lessee), with witnesses, on the signed copy of this Agreement. Names, titles, signatures and dates — together with the company stamp, if applicable — are recorded on that copy.
Schedule A – Equipment Handover & Condition Report
A handover and condition report is completed and signed at installation. It records the Agreement number, selected rental plan, installation date, customer details (name, installation address, telephone and email) and equipment details (model, serial number, colour, date installed and installed by).
The report includes an installation checklist (equipment installed correctly; water production tested; hot and cold water tested; display functioning; customer shown basic operation; and receipt of the User Guide, a copy of this Agreement and Schedule C) and an equipment condition record (exterior cabinet, display panel, water dispensing area, air filters, internal filters and accessories), together with installation photographs. On signing, the Customer confirms that the Equipment has been installed, is operating correctly, has been demonstrated, and has been received in satisfactory condition.
Schedule B – Maintenance & Service Record
SiamNok maintains the Equipment in accordance with the following schedule. A maintenance and service record — recording the Agreement number, serial number, service dates, work performed, filters replaced, technician and customer signature, together with any unscheduled service visits and equipment notes — is completed during servicing.

Purchase of a Brand-New PureAir20
Customers may choose instead to purchase a brand-new PureAir20 at the prevailing retail price. The full Refundable Security Deposit will also be credited towards the purchase price of the new machine.
Before Ownership Transfers
Before ownership of a rental machine transfers, SiamNok will:
- complete a full equipment inspection;
- perform all scheduled maintenance;
- replace all scheduled filters;
- sanitise the machine;
- verify proper operating performance; and
- issue a Certificate of Ownership Transfer.
