3-Day Payment Window
When your machine is ready to ship, we notify you and open a 3-day window to pay the ฿29,500 balance. Miss the window and your pre-order is released — unless you use your one allowed postponement.
Your Machine Ships
Balance received — your machine ships to you across Thailand. Your water revolution begins.
Important
Each pre-order customer is entitled to one free postponement if they cannot pay within the 3-day window. Postponement moves you to the next available production slot. A second missed window results in cancellation and a full deposit refund.
